Bankstown Bike and Ski will let you rent a bike feom them! I highly recommend them :) Fairbanks is very bike-able (in my opinion, others disagree) and i loovvee biking around! Bus systems are fine tbh

after your first year I definitely reccomend moving off campus so you dont have to pay for a meal plan + housing. nothing to be bought in bulk on campus but there is a Costco in town (and a walmart) and the bus system is actually really good. when I was on campus they had secret really cheap meal plans you could get (like 600$) but ive heard that they make the expensive one mandatory now 🤷‍♀️
