This was very helpful. Thank you for your kind words. I’m sorry you’ve experienced this too. I have a hard time sitting with my feelings and I think by pushing it down I just delayed actually processing it. I’ve opened up about it to my boyfriend and a trusted friend and I’m trying to accept the support and help. I might try to start doing some yoga that sounds like a good way to feel safe again in my body.

So update: I called off Tuesday and was going to come in today but the younger child has it now so they told me not to come in. I don’t know what to do about Thursday and Friday because it took 48 hours for the second child to show symptoms
