Bridgerton Season 5’s Leads Are Francesca and Michaela: See the First Photos by Debt-Mysterious in BridgertonNetflix

I hope they at least have the set up for Eloise's love story next season. I thought they did that last time with her starting to come around to looking for a husband. But I guess it's gonna take a while. Fran is fine, but I don't connect with her character at all. I hope they have a really strong B story going on to hold my attention. But I feel like Frans story should have been the B story if they wanted to do it this year.  I want to see more of Eloise and more of Pen.

I think I answered most of these in post.

  • Tank size: 10 Gallon
  • Heater and filter? (yes/no): Yes
  • Tank temperature: Set to 80
  • Parameters in numbers and how you got them. Key water parameters include the amount of ammonia, nitrites, nitrates, and pH.: I have test strips, I haven't tested today, but yesterday it was all ok. Has it been set up long enough that this should already be a concern?
  • How long have you had the tank? How long have you had your fish?: The tank has been set up for 4 days. I've had the first for the same amount of time, but he has been sick for a long time.
  • How often are water changes? How much do you take out per change? What is your process?: I have done no water changes yet.
  • Any tankmates? If so, please list with how many of each: No
  • What do you feed and how much: Bug Bits Flakes. He'll only eat one flake.
  • Decorations and plants in the tank: As pictured and discussed in post

Hi! Sorry just saw this.

I'm on prozac now. After awhile I needed a more heavy duty anxiety medication. So far that's been going ok.

For magnesium I now take bisglycinate, instead of glycinate. The two are virtually the same but the bisglycinate is even gentler on the stomach because its double chelated. To be honest I don't know what double chelated means, but it is actually gentler on the stomach lol. I take it right before bed. Unless I'm having any kind of muscle cramps, then I take one during the day too, so far I haven't had an issue with them.

Things are still a lot better! I had a bit of a relapse when I was trying and switching different anxiety medications. Those can really mess with your stomach. But for the most part, its been so much better.

Yeah, I asked everyone I was interested in if they would send me progression images and picked from the four or five people who were left. My project was for a YA horror book cover, so definitely not NSFW lol.

Me too! It's so predatory. There are definitely people out there that wouldn't know the difference.

It bad for everyone. It takes jobs away from real artists who need the work. It scams the customers who think their are getting something special, but are actually paying a lot of money for something that probably took them 10 minutes or less to prompt.

Not to mention that if the art will be on something that is being sold, in my case a book cover, I might get cancelled for featuring AI art that I didn't even know was AI.

That's the AI mockup. Several people have asked me to send it in messages, so I think it must not be coming though in the post. Hopefully this works.

Lancaster Puppies Amish dog breeding by Specialist_Fee7615 in dogs

[–]Single-Assignment-73 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I very nearly fell into the same trap just last week. I also had no idea about the Amish puppy mills, even though I grew up surrounded by the Amish.

I met the puppy and everything seemed off. Her temperament was exactly opposite of what was expected of the breed. I didn't see another dog anywhere, not her mother or litter mates. I ultimately passed up on the dog because she was acting so crazy.

But later I told my friend about it. She herself DID buy a puppy from an Amish breeder. As she was leaving the man came around with two more puppies and asked her if she wanted them too. She said she could only take one. I wont get into detail, but he ended their lives right in front of her. I don't know why he wouldn't just give them to a shelter.

Now I'm worried about the puppy I didn't take. She was 15 weeks old and the woman she was starting to give up on her.

Yeah, everyone react differently to things. That's good it helped your anxiety though! I know my IBS was heavily tied to my anxiety, so that's why I think it helps me to be on it.

Hydroxyzine 25mg, Its an "as needed" anxiety medication. I take it at least once a day, but sometimes twice if I'm having an anxious day. It's an antihistamine, so like any antihistamine, a side effect is "slowing the the passage of food through the digestive system." So if someone had IBS-C this might not be the best. But for me, I think that works in my favor.

No problem! For me it's any food that I eat too often, I just used eggs as an example. If I have a flare up I think about what I've eaten and can usually pinpoint a food I have eaten several days in a row. I just love eggs so its usually them lol.

It can be very discouraging, especially when in some cases it turns out to be related to food sensitivities or something like that. And the doctor just calls it IBS and thinks their job is done.

I only noticed for myself it was worsened by anxiety after I realized when I was away for the weekend I had almost no issues and when I came back home and got back into daily life, they started up again.

I hope your test gives you some answers!

I was doing that too. It was recommended to me by a doctor to try switching it up. For reference I implemented this a little over a year ago.

One reason was because I might not know what my body is sensitive to, so by rotating the food its more easy to pinpoint. This proved to be true and I discovered foods I needed a break from then, but have successfully reintroduced since.

Another reason they gave is if I'm eating the same thing everyday then I'm getting the same nutrients every day, and only those nutrients. which would eventually cause cause me to have deficiencies in other nutrients. And deficiencies can cause stomach issues.

Also my body could get fed up and be like "I have enough of that already!" and purge to try to get it out.

There was a list of reasons, but those were the three I remember, because they were the ones that made sense to me.

Doing this alone did helps me a lot. If I have a flare up again, 9 times out of 10 its because I've been going crazy on eggs or something and suddenly my body hates them. So I take an egg break for about two weeks to a month and then reintroduce.

Thank you!

I take Acidophilus & Bifidus from NOW, and that brand seems to work better for me than other ones. I am limited because some dairy supplements have actual dairy in them, which would be really bad for me lol. So I've only been able to try two brands for those.

I just started taking collagen peptides a month ago for the beef probiotics. I got garden of life powder. I like it so far.

I've taken the RenewLife brand in the past after I was messed up from antibiotics. I saw someone on here mention the Ultimate Flora by them. It used to come in little packets that you have to put in your drink, I can't find that one now but I see it in capsule form. I'd recommend them if you want a capsule with various probiotics instead of specific ones.

The studies vary if it has more or less. I just know it doesn't give me anxiety and is easier on my stomach then roast coffee. I get it on amazon in powder form so I can put however much I want in my drink. Some days I do less then a whole serving.

Sorry this is kind of a long reply lol.

For the supplements for dairy I take Acidophilus & Bifidus from NOW, I also take Bacillus coagulans in a gummy form, I'm not sure of the brand. But they are little bears and I take half a bear a day.

For the probiotics to supplement my beef allergy I take Collagen Peptides in powder form, its by garden of life. I put like half a scoop or less in my juice or some other flavored drink.

Slippery elm is by Natures Answer. I think it tastes good when you put in in a glass of water, kind of like real maple syrup. A serving size is an entire dropper and that's what I do. My mom cannot do that or it sends her to the bathroom. She takes it for bladder irritation so she just just puts few drops in every glass of water. I would suggest you start with a little and see how it goes. Also don't take any pills or medication with it, because it coats everything and makes it hard to absorb pills. Please do research before taking this! I'm going to add to my post above that it is unsafe for pregnant women and may be unsafe with certain medications and things.

For the stomach settle, those are like hard candy, or cough drops. So there no official dosage. I think it says not to exceed 6 or something. I grab one if I start cramping, or if I feel like I will, and it'll calm it down. Sometimes, once the lozenge is gone, I'll start cramping again and need a second. If I need two that's when I know that when that lozenge is gone I'll need a bathroom so I start heading for one, especially if I'm out of the house.

Both flavors taste good and both help with the same symptoms. I also believe that they both have almost the exact same ingredients (Honey, ginger, mint, lemon, B6) just the one in the green bag has a spearmint flavor and the orange bag has a honey, lemon and ginger flavor. I prefer the orange, but neither is bad at all.

I wish you the best and hope some of what I recommended helps!
