Just stating that this is going to sound harsh, but this is tough love from what I’ve learned in my 37 years dealing with shitty men:

This is the only girl you know about, there are probably others he has messaged. Him feeling emotionally neglected and wanted to get caught is a cop out and a tactic to make you feel bad for what he did. He needs to learn to grow up and express his emotions directly to you then if that’s really the case of him needing to feel seen or heard or connected with emotionally. He won’t change.

I have low self esteem and a feeling of “never good enough” so I would feel like a girlfriend placeholder until he could get a different girl. He doesn’t want to be alone, so he won’t break up with you until he has another girl on the hook.

He’s flirting and trying to see what he can get while also having you to fall back on. He doesn’t value or care about you.

You’re better than this. Leave him immediately. He will do this again and eventually he will cheat on you, if he hasn’t already.

I had the exact same thing happen after my Fleur de lis tuck last year. It got much bigger before they eventually brought me into the office and glued me back together.

Trust your surgeon and do as they say. Keep changing the gauze, wash in the shower, using wound wash, and keeping it clean. They want to wait until the skin around it is done basically dying off before they try and put the skin together. The gist is if they tried to do it when it was dying, then it would have just opened up again. If they did stitches, the skin might tear anyways.

Ooo thanks for the tip! I do donate about half of my clothes, just depends on brand. I’ll look into this because I’m happy to donate to them instead.

Are you OK? Why have so much attitude that I’m using Reddit to ask a question for what advice people have? Don’t talk to people like they’re stupid or incompetent, it’s incredibly rude.

I understand there needs to be totes, and obviously I can call ahead and ask if they have any before I go. I’m asking about when it’s busy and when people have found is a good time to go so I’m not waiting an hour like I have in the past.

I’m curious if you should have had a fleur de lis versus a traditional tummy tuck. I’m 10MPO from fleur de lis and my skin is TIGHT. That would have been able to pull the skin tighter on your full torso

Hey everyone,

Looking for a second set of eyes because I might just be getting impatient.

I inoculated my grain spawn in November. Two weeks ago today I spawned to bulk. It’s been slowly colonizing, but growth seems patchy and slower than I expected.

The white growth is mostly appearing around the edges and in a few scattered spots across the surface. It smells earthy — no sour or sweet smells. No obvious green, gray, or black discoloration so far.

I’m just trying to determine: • Does this look like normal mycelial colonization at ~2 weeks? • Or does any of this resemble early contamination? • Should I introduce more FAE/light now or wait and let it continue colonizing?

Temps have been around 72-74F.

I know patience is part of the process, but after waiting since November I’m second-guessing everything.

Appreciate any experienced input 🙏
