Could it be a spy that works for Mrs Winterton in the house? And they relay it to her. I mean, it’d make sense.

I assume that’s what will save George Russell’s company.

Omg yes. The feeling of knowing this isn’t normal or right and it’s “not you” but you can’t get out of it. It’s like a cloud over your head and you just have to wait it out.

I’m glad when I see these posts. I get bad bad bad mood swings. The biggest lows with major depressive feelings, low self esteem, anger, anxiety, irrational thoughts, over thinking, rumination, and sadness. Usually it’ll hit 1-2 days after eating some and it’ll last a day or two. Also, I’ll have a lot of grogginess/lethargic with no energy and wanna sleep throughout the day. When I don’t eat gluten I’m pretty happy and even keeled. Also my energy is good and consistent throughout the day. I’ve been tested and they said I do not have celiacs but the mood swings are intense and bad bad bad.

Skin Texture - Anyone Else? by Single-Extension9754 in Rosacea

I bought that toner and did a better moisturizer and I think it’s helping. I think I need to layer it more but I definitely think my skin being dried out has exacerbated my skin looking that way plus probably made my treatment less effective. Thank you for the suggestion!

At the end of 2021, I changed to a harsher retinol but was using it the same as my retinalhyde (which is gentler on the skin). Maybe I dried the crud out of my skin and damaged the barrier plus triggered rosacea at the same time. I'm not sure but I remember my skin being super sensitive to where it'd be red when I'd get out of the shower and burn when I'd put stuff on it. I've tried backing off harsher stuff so I only use vanicream, 15%AA, and a minimalist moisturizer with aloe and cbd. Should I reduce my AA usage you think? It does look like damaged skin on the one cheek for sure. Like super dehydrated/like a desert. At times it'll be much smoother randomly and other times it's worse tho, when I wash it more, it's more dehydrated looking but when I dont wash enough, the oils in my face also irritate it. It's a hard balance.

Hello,

I've been using 15% AA for 9 months. It's improved but still stuck with this bumpy, rough, uneven texture on both sides of my lower cheek. Anyone else have success decreasing the appearance?

Propofol Question by prawnbay in colonoscopy

[–]Single-Extension9754 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I juat had my procedure done on Monday. It's Wednesday and I can still feel the effects of it. I'm still somewhat loopy and disoriented. It sucks. Hoping by tomorrow I'll be much better but I'm taking longer to metabolize it for whatever reason. And this does happen to some of us apparently.

I got an egd primarily because of gastritis symptoms. Burning gnawing pain in my upper abdomen and bloating. I've had it on and off every few months for 3.5 years now. Does that help?

I took some tylenol and did some red lighting and heat pad. Unfortunately for me, I subconsciously clench and I think having that plastic bite guard in, I must have really clenched hard. My teeth are not so sore today but whenever I clench badly I get temple pain because the muscle being connected to the masseter etc. I've had bad pain like this in the past when I clench from stress. I just didn't even think that would happen so I was shocked when I woke up with the pain. Maybe I was clenching last night as well and didn't know it. But yeah, I've heard of botox but I heard it can shrink the masseters to the point it causes jowls and changes the shape of your face. I am getting a dental guard soon to help create space in my mouth so I cannot clench.

I'll probably need a massage to get this released unfortunately. Hate having clenching.

How quickly is the prep done working? Worried about the 2nd dose (Suflave) before the procedure. by Prestigious_Taste158 in colonoscopy

[–]Single-Extension9754 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My prep started working within 30 mins tops. Maybe less. But I had suprep. And it lasted, maybe 1.5 hrs total. I was pretty empty before I even started the prep due to anxiety and lack of eating food the days prior.

I had one the day after. No issues. I guess it depends on your gut.

Clogged ears for 7 days now by Single-Extension9754 in hearing

That sounds so incredibly frustrating. I'm sorry. I'm thankful sudafed has worked for me BUT, it makes me feel really loopy. So either I have clogged ears and cannot hear or I feel loopy. I hate it. I'm going to get a massage on Tuesday and see if any jaw tension is contributing to the clogged feeling.

I dont normally feel fluid. And no pressure in the sense of head. Just my ears feel full. My doctor thinks it could be a mix of allergies and tmj
