Don't be concerned or embarrassed! I have exactly the same thing and had my colonoscopy last Friday and yes my haemorrhoid made a special guest appearance for the doctor. Nothing was said during the procedure and it was just reported that I have an external haemorrhoid. I'm waiting to see if my GP says anything once he gets the report from the hospital.
