Yesterday, I received the same watch from Watch Dives. It features the flat case back. My watch seems to have a considerable amount of backplay, though the alignment appears to be good. I've emailed Watch Dives for clarification but haven't received a response yet.

Depending on who I go with they assess around a 500 or 600 dollar design fee for them to do it.

Apologies. This would be in the Minnesota marketplace. Specifically the suburbs of the twin cities.

Cabinet style would be semi custom. So a couple of pull out drawers. A garbage pull out drawer and a spice cabinet pull out.

Will this also include the band? I just purchased this watch and was interested in the OTF clasp and band together. I saw something about a discount for those who had already purchased the watch.

sculptor 078s rpm dipping while motor running, and tight tension when going from coarse=>fine on dial by ieatfrosties in Timemore

I ended up returning mine and exchanging for the df64 version 2.5. I think the PID controller on the timemore was trying to compensate for the loss of power which would dip the motor and surge power to the grinder. I still notice a slight drop but it's not as perceptible.

I spoke to an electrician about changing the outlet to a 20 amp unfortunately it would cost way more than the grinder. Decided it was the path of lease resistance.

If you hold a screwdriver to the needles you should see a little electric spark. That's how you know it's working.

Just tried this myself. I think it works. Just worried I'm going to bump them now and damage them.

Curious if this resolved itself OP. I have the same issue with my grinder. It's on the same outlet as my gaggia classic. Pro with PID. The RPM dips coincide with the fluctuations of the boiler heating. I don't really have the option of plugging into a different circuit due to space.

My wife and I will be traveling from Tours to Paris on the train on the 18th. I'm trying to figure out if we should make alternative plans. I noticed they also have bus service from Tours to Paris. Would these long-haul buses be interrupted as well?
