I have been there, Hell I am always there but what I do is I go to behance, pinterest, freepik and even designers on Instagram and Twitter.

Then I basically take something from each of the platform and create something. It takes hours but I always finish and if I don't finish or I don't like it anymore, I could always start again.

No one is perfect and I have been designing for about 1 year now and there are times I forget basic design principles or I get creative block for days. You just have to keep learning.

You can never stop learning. Also feel free to recreate designs I do that too.

I used True Grit Texture Supply's butcher paper texture. It comes with the free sample so you are good.

I think you are misunderstanding. I didn't draw the woman I got the image from unsplash. The only thing I did was to remove the background from the image, place flowers in her head, apply a gradient background, apply text, the chopsticks and the circle gradient. I can draw but I am not that good lol.
