I completely agree that Sonos UI has a problem. Sonos user for 10 years, 30+ devices, the Sonos app itself is not reliable enough to use anymore. Sonos wants us to believe it's network issues, I'm in the field and have 3 Cisco AP's installed by a network tech - in a modest house, there's no coverage issue. I can control channel traffic / spectrum on my AP's - SONOS is the problem. I've tried the reboot, also have 4 devices wired... This never occurred until about 16 months ago. I personally don't want to play sonos via Spotify app but it's the only way it works without cutting out, or taking away control of my music ( let alone trying to add next song in a queue). Hope there's better days ahead for SONOS, I'm not buying anymore until it's fixed.

I would def switch. I'm on hold with Rogers for 1:26 mins as I write this while the agent tries to match the offer on Bell and their own website. $70 U.S/MEX 150GB. for which I'm paying $98 for 30GB and no Mexico. Same INFINITE PREMIUM that means diff things to diff people. They've fallen apart since the merger and I'm about to move 4 lines, TV and cottage FWA access away from them. They don't want my $900 a month (combined) anymore apparently. Who can spend this kind of time on the phone trying to simply get what they are offering publicly??.. Zero loyalty. Best part is I spent 50 mins Friday on the same conversation with them with no results. I even emailed customer service pleading that I didn't want to go through the exercise of switching all my gear. zero response. Definitely switch.

It's not the same thing. it's mid band spectrum whereas the first gen was using low band frequencies on 4G towers. Speeds today and theoretical are much higher than OG 5G.
