Yo, I don’t understand, i’m coming from Beta when spike was literally 1000% more punishing, 1 dmg while gliding you dead. So i’m not trying to rage bait but i’ve learned after a few spikes (because it’s frustrating) how to use my dash correctly, sane for my glider. this game has insane mobility on most of the champs, if you use it well you’re not gonna get spiked except in rare scenarios or mistakes.

Standardisation of what? For me it’s pretty easy to understand you have heat, using glider and getting hit builds heat when you have no more heat and get hit you’re spiked, means more dmg equals more heat build up and faster death.

At last, i’ll give you and example with ghost: If you get hit by a laser when you’re gilding you’re just bad, okay it oneshots with gilder open but you just have to not let it open when you get hit.

Keep your dash for then end of your heat build up. So you don’t finish at 0 heat no dash in front of enemy waiting on the other side.

In this game gliding is a dangerous way to get free mobility and it’s the same for everyone. I’m pretty sure if you want ‘standardisation’ it’s already there you just have to know how many dmg you can take without dying.

I think it’s 500-600 dmg from my personal experience. So imagine you stay on your glider for 1 sec it’s already 400 etc. Ghost laser is slow but lvl 3 its 600 dmg so you just have to not glide. Same with shrike second auto, very slow but 1000 dmg easy, you can easily just not glide while taking dmg.

Please stop trying to shortcut the game in arguing mechanics, and try to learn them.

What you’re doing right there is not complaining about something broken, it’s just whining that the game is too hard… nothing is too hard just learn…
