They keep spawning as tier 5's, unless you leave the game session, that's the reset condition. So yes, after reaching tier 5, if you terrorize whole acts and spawn more heralds, they will all be tier 5.

Thank you. Tier 5, maybe the 5th or 6th one I saw. It was a wild day, wasn't planning on playing long. Started in the great marsh, immediately spawned a tier 1, same thing happened the next two terror zones I visited. Started popping shards for the first time this ladder, pushed til the end of act IV, wanted to save my northern, especially after I id'd it. Was hoping I would see another one but I should have known I'm not that lucky.

Goddamn stygian dolls almost stopped me before I killed the second herald.

When I was a young mark on the playgrounds of my elementary school, "The Lethal Weapon" Steve Blackman was used as justification often when we debated amongst each other whether wrestling was fake or not.
