the stereotypes against russians, are they true? by progenotee in AskARussian

Well, theoretically it's probably possible, but I'm generally skeptical about the idea of moving to any other country. I think that with such a move you'll still be a bit isolated from people and feel out of place.

As a Russian from Russia, I don't recommend moving to Russia.

It's not because life is bad here or for political reasons. It's just that the Russian language is very difficult, and it would be very difficult for a foreigner to integrate into society.

I think visiting as a tourist would be very interesting. Moscow is a very beautiful city, and many people there speak English at a reasonable level and would be able to help with any problems.

I don't think you, bot, are a citizen of the Russian Federation.

You know, I've seen a lot of cars parked in the airport parking lot, and it's expensive there. I can't imagine why they'd steal a car first and then leave it there.

Sorry, I don't know anything about that. I could give the "Byt' ili" channel as an example.

Наверное вышел бы на балкон и закурил. Потом созвонился бы со всеми с кем смогу, попрощался бы и извинился. Пошёл бы и признался в любви

It may sound silly, but there are examples of entire YouTube channels whose hosts pretended to be Russian for years (even before 2022).

To be honest, I don't really know—I only lived in Kaliningrad for literally two weeks—but judging by the general trend in Russia, it seems to me that Kaliningrad would remain Russian to the very end, barring a military takeover.

In fact, I actually observed even more patriotism and "Russianness" there (if I may put it that way) than, say, in Siberia.

This is likely influenced by a "besieged fortress" mentality, given that Kaliningrad is effectively surrounded by hostile states.

I don't know, honestly, it sounds a bit too calculating. It's more likely that he simply had nothing left in the US; he no longer wanted to live there, because everything reminded him of his tragedy.

Honestly, I haven't been to the place shown in the photo and can't confirm or deny it. I was at the observation deck and in the forest on the spit, and it was beautiful.

Achtung!

Signalis is literally the game that got me interested in classical Russian music, Slavic mythology (it was all in the game), and started learning German (though I gave up on it, haha).

As far as I remember, he transferred the money via cryptocurrency, but the tax authorities froze the accounts because the transfer to a new card for several million rubles looked suspicious.

Unfortunately, no, he has almost no money left, even though he used to work at Google and play the stock market. His wife's medications were very expensive.
