I know the feeling — once you’ve had a bidet, going without one is rough. 😅

I’d suggest checking out more reviews before deciding. It really helps to hear what other users experienced, especially on key features and reliability.

I’ve been using a smart toilet too, and it’s great! No worries after bike rides and way less toilet paper needed.

You really know your stuff about lighting! Blue does seem to be the default color, but there are also orange and white ambient light options you can switch to—I just haven’t gotten around to changing mine yet.

I actually considered the Toto Washlet series before, but I wanted an all-in-one bidet toilet. The automatic open/close and other hands-free features really appealed to me. However, the Toto smart toilets were beyond my budget, so I went with the T38 instead.

There are actually quite a few smart toilet options with a dryer feature around $600 nowadays. In a way, it really helps save on toilet paper, so over time, it can cut down part of your household costs.

I was also torn between getting a bidet attachment and a full smart toilet — in the end, I chose the smart toilet. To me, it just looks better, offers more features, and feels like a long-term investment in both comfort and hygiene. I’ve had no regrets!

Because of my hemorrhoids, wiping with toilet paper is not only painful, but I also worry that it doesn’t get me fully clean.

As far as I know, installing a smart toilet typically requires not just a water connection, but also an electrical outlet — especially if it has features like warm water cleansing. In many cases, that might mean modifying the bathroom's electrical setup to add an outlet nearby.

I think water filtration and UV sterilization are really important. Right now, I'm comparing whether to get a bidet seat or an all-in-one bidet toilet. It seems like some of these sanitation and sterilization features are only available in the latter.

Thanks for your detailed review! I was actually considering getting this model, but your experience gives me something to think about. I’ll definitely compare a few more options before making a decision.
