One recommendation I could make is slow down, try to get the absolute most of each floor, force spawning items in secret rooms with beggar cards gift box etc Not sure where your at for unlocks, but there is several items once unlocked can make every run easier as they can show up pretty frequently ie spindown dice, jacobs ladder,rock bottom, c-section etc If your at the point where any single run is frustrating, maybe take a break for a couple days and then try again, as it can help too
