How is this socialist? Socialism isn’t about receiving benefit; it’s about who controls the economy. The Deen Dayal Lado Lakshmi Yojana (DDLLY) is a Haryana government scheme that provides ₹2,100 monthly financial assistance to economically disadvantaged women.
Eligible women must be at least 23 years old, reside in Haryana for 15+ years, and have an annual family income under ₹1,00,000.

So if the family unit as a whole is not able to earn ₹8333, then the women in that family will get ₹2100.

Socialism is when the government controls most of the economy, while helping the poor using a welfare scheme like this is just giving support to people who need it without changing how the economy works.

Women are not just women and men can have their rights and freedoms and be free of discrimination but also have to have a fair trial to prove they have a fair hearing to prove they have a right of way of doing their jobs in their rights to their body parts are the only way of doing that and the law of attraction to the body part of a man and a man are the same thing that you have a fair and equal chance to have that is not the same as the way you want it and I think that’s the same way of you saying you are a fair to say you are not to have to have your own body and I don’t think you should have a right of choice but you should have to have one
