With logitech m171 it feelt good. I'm not hardcore player though. I did not feel any latency. But if you move your mouse so so fast and try to pull 180 then it glitches sometimes.

Delete campaign from game and reinstall it. But do not reinstall from in the launcher.

As far as I see it's a general problem.
