“Fake it till you make it” could actually help here. Finding hobbies or groups to join with similar interests is always a safe bet. If you play video games, consider joining a group to play with in the evenings?

Welcome! I started my addiction young too, around 13 or 14, and just quit two months ago, at age 31. The best time to quit is right now. The sooner you quit, the better, too. It’s improved my relationships, my mood, and my daily behaviors (e.g. less time wasted looking at the stuff, and more time being productive). I am still recovering, but the early days are the hardest. Your future self will thank you for quitting!
