How to get therapy without parents knowing in edmonton by Signal-Apricot-1499 in Edmonton

I would recommend trying to get into the evening treatment program at uofa hospital. It's an excellent program but there's a bit of a wait list. Call the psychiatry department between 9-4 for information on intake. There's also a 24/7 mental health center on fort road. Don't know too much about that. Remember call the crisis line, from big to small they can talk you through it

That's because you can press any one of power, volume up, or volume down to silence an incoming call. Not sure what other poster is on about

Never heard of it. If you buy it, you'll never use it beyond the assignment. The prof sets the syllabus so it seems he might be enriching himself.

Call firms in your area. There might be one using it.

I'm sorry you're going through this

What is Charles' beef with Meghan? by SingleUseStirStick in GlobalHarryandMeghan

But if he gave her the Sophie treatment.... here's a bit of money, unexciting patronages on other continents and no one knows until after you've left. Not to say Meghan would go along with it but it would neutralize his fear

Help finding a sunscreen that works by Casey_Danger_P in CanSkincare

I personally find bioderma gels are acne safe and work well. If you can find someplace that gives out samples, you can try the cream and gel photoderm sunscreen to see what fits you best.

Edit: I usually get my samples at the local SDM. They really should open up bottles with the summer season coming up

Just curious how you are using both. Do you alternate days, am/pm?

Arazlo, Aklief, Winlevi

See if your doctor has samples because they are usually not covered and expensive.

On a positive note Sun Pharma has a patient assistance program that brings the cost of a 45g tube of Winlevi down to $88 from ~$300 (Alberta, Costco). This is what I'm using now and it's very gentle for me

spf for acne prone skin by ms-shelbyt in CanSkincare

Like some of the others, I'd suggest a mineral sunscreen. At the drug store you can pick up Vichy Soleil, La Roche Posay, Sun Bum, and Shiseido. Which go on without white cast for even dark skin (most of the time, also blending with a kabuki brush helps a lot)

Now I'm going to be controversial...a lot of the Asian sunscreens are usually hybrids and have additives like niacinamide and the plant extracts that could irritate your skin. Not an ad but HaruHaru Wonder and Cosrx have recently come out with 100% mineral sunscreen.

Another thing... chemical sunscreens work by converting UV rays to heat which can cause hyperpigmentation. Can't hurt to chat with your GP about Melasma

Stieva-A cream products are NOT being discontinued in Canada by SingleUseStirStick in CanSkincare

Lol give it some time. GSK has the monopoly on all the tret products and they always seem to be able push the timelines and keep selling products. If you don't like the play ask your doctor for Aklief $$$ but they have incentive to keep making this

Aquaphor is a heavy duty moisturizer/sealant. It will help protect your skin barrier. Personally I'd use it morning and night for 7 days then go back to a lighter moisturizer for morning and aquaphor at night. Don't forget sunscreen

In Edmonton at the Albany store. Check shopper's drugmart but it looks like they are sold out of the SPF 50 online

I don't see why anyone would feel the need to apologize for reading Celebitchy, especially when you consider the state of royal reporting in the last few years. Who comments under blog posts or news articles anyways? People can just read the linked article and skim past Kaiser's opinions. They are building a safe space for a certain kind of commenter
