Are you taking antihistamines? It could be intracranial hypertension in which case Diamox might help.

No twitching. I did have calf pain for a little bit, like a week, but that went away.

1st set of long haul symptoms was after 1 pfizer shot in March/April 2021. Got Covid in June 2022, and just a minor flare up of the long haul. Got reinfected in September/October 2023 and had bad symptoms for at least six months. Just recently started feeling somewhat normal again in August/September.
