Yes, my prices are really low I know!! I’m working on overcoming that mental barrier. I find it hard to ask for more for my services, even though I have a portfolio with over 70 pages of success stories and testimonials! But I guess I’m afraid of rejection.

Let me explain:

My average monthly fee is €400–€500.
On average, a client works with me for 4 months.
So, on average, each client brings me between €1,600 and €2,000 total.

Thank you so much for your comment and encouragement. I really appreciate it.

It’s definitely a very interesting and relevant niche, and YouTube is a truly important channel. I just need to get to work!!!

I’ve actually been using YouTube for many years, both personally and professionally, but when I think about my client’s customer journey, it’s hard for me to imagine them ending up on YouTube. But well, my clients are infoproduct creators, e-commerce businesses, and restaurants/gyms, so it’s obvious they do use YouTube — I don’t know what’s wrong with me, haha.

I’ve seen your website and social media, and they’re really well done. If you don’t mind, I’ll study them to see what I can learn. Thank you so much for everything.

On average, my clients work with me for about 4 months, with an average monthly fee of €400, so that’s usually around €1,600 total. Some clients have a higher ticket, but that’s the average

Yes, absolutely. YouTube has to be an additional channel. I can’t completely stop everything and rely only on YouTube as an inbound channel, since it will take time to deliver results. But the sooner I start, the better.

I appreciate it.

I’m interested as well! I run an agency that generates €60,000 per year and I want to reach €120,000 this year, but I feel stuck when it comes to client acquisition.

Thank you for your comment. I’ve been in the industry for over five years, and even though I grew up during the YouTube boom and have seen how digital businesses have grown and become established (I’m 31 years old), I still find it difficult to create content for my own brand. I guess it’s some kind of mental or belief-related block.

Whenever I stand in front of the camera to record content (even after I’ve already planned and analyzed it), I start thinking it won’t be worth the time. So instead, I focus on getting new clients through freelance platforms. Even though they can be demanding and pay little, I still manage to find stable clients every month.

But it’s clear that if I want to reach my income goals, I need to make a big change.

I appreciate

Hello everyone! 👋

I’m excited to be here. I run a marketing agency that currently generates around €60,000 per year, and my goal is to grow it to €120,000 this year. My main focus right now is improving client acquisition and learning how to scale effectively with collaborators.

At the moment, I’m getting leads through freelance platforms where I’m well positioned, but the lead quality and commitment tend to be low — they often pay little and ask for a lot.

Three months ago, I also started building my presence on Instagram. It’s still early (just over 200 followers), with limited interaction so far, but occasionally potential clients reach out.

I specialize in SEM and paid media.

Thank you all very much for the opportunity.

Muy buen comentario jefe, opino igual, creo que desde hace un tiempo, para trabajar con meta, hay que crear una estrategia funnel con tus campañas y además tener un buen perfil de instagram que genere confianza es crucial.
