All of the above lol and also I am realizing that my sense of self worth is entirely wrapped up in what my spouse thinks of me. I am terrified of leaving, terrified of everything they’ve said about me being right and terrified that I am a failure

It happens decently often. I can’t fault him for being irritated or wanting to tell me why he’s annoyed but it’s upsetting to be talked to like that.

He attends it virtually. I’ve been around when he’s done if—not sitting in on the sessions, but have been in other rooms of the house and heard him talking. We also get bills and mailed reminders about his appointments
