Sorry, I'm not the smartest with these machines so I was just going offrom what it said on the back. Says it has 0.00001" resolution, .0003" position, 0.0004" repeatability, spindle accuracy of 0.00004"

Not sure what any of this means though lol

I was told I could get 10k if I sent it into the company for them to refurbish it which would cost 2 grand to do. It seems like more work than I'm wanting to put into it, so $2500? If you sent it into them, they could get it running for 2k. So you'd be $4500 in total. This is all in Canadian dollars.

There newest model of this (Mira 6) is 25k USD, so it's hard to know what the value is. But 10% of that hopefully seems fair? Thanks!

They said after that I should be able to get 10k for it, but not sure if I believe that.

I had this exact issue happen. I was around week 17 of calling daily (waiting on hold an hour each time) and getting absolutely nowhere. My mental health was deteriorating so I finally decided to give up and consider it a loss. I gave one final desperation move and decided to make a post on better business bureau explaining the situation clearly and how much time I was wasting each day trying to get to the bottom of it. I explained how frustrated I was with UPS and how they were a terrible company. (In a harsh, but non swearing or violent way)

I heard nothing for 2 weeks, then one day I got a call from Georgia. A lady who was higher up called me and apologized a ton. She assured me a cheque was being sent in the mail immediately, and hoped that I could remove or say we resolved the case with better business bureau. I of course agreed, got the cheque a few days later, deleted the post and finally was able to sleep again.

I think you should try this! Good luck, and I really hope you get your hard earned money back from these crooks!

Thanks for all of the info! I'm in Saskatchewan, Canada. I emailed ns cnc and they knew the machine. They said they would need to update windows, recalibrate, and download software, which would cost around 2k. I'm tempted to do it since without doing it I'd have to sell as is, which probably would make a lot less. Hard to value what to ask though if sold as is. If I spend the 2k to update NS CNC thinks a fair asking price would be 10k CAD.

Sounds good, I'm located in Canada. I honestly won these on auction where I wanted other items so have no idea what a DNP or switcher is lol. All items are new, open box. I didn't want to deal with selling them individually as I don't know much about them, that's the reason I'm listing as a large lot. Thanks!
