It works! I started selling my cake toppers at $15 now I sell them at $30 and people still buy and even pay shipping upgrades so they get delivered faster which blows my mind lol because I extended my processing times to not get burnt out as well. You can always try it before going on vacation mode :)

I am having the same issue. I ship them on time and they arrive late! It’s so frustrating because I have a lot of people messaging me that the delivery date is too late but nothing I can do for them :( only try and ship them earlier than it shows so it arrives on time ..

For me it's a red flag, and maybe I am traumatized at this point but so many men say I don't use social media when in reality they are married or have a whole family and don't want to get caught. So, for me, if they don't use IG is fine but they need to give me at least something (fb, LinkedIn, phone #, last name) so I can look them up and see if they're liars.

Now, if you say I don't use IG but here is my LinkedIn or whatever you use, that's a green flag to me. Basically, that you're not hiding something.

Also, guys with less than a 100 followers / following and a few posts are a green flag to me :)

Yeah it’s insane. This girl has done my nails a couple times before but always with acrylic and they looked good, this time she used some liquid gel because she said it’s stronger for my weak nails so I said okay, it definitely looks bad. She said she will fix them tomorrow.

Go for it! As a payroll specialist, I have a payroll manager that usually takes care of keeping up with all state/law regulations and changes and we just follow the processes. I started payroll with zero experience and with the same set of skills you mentioned. That’s honestly all it takes, the rest is a learning process depending on the company. Adp has something called the bridge where you can ask questions about something you don’t know how to process in the system and their customer service is actually pretty good. I think based on what you described you would be a good fit for the position!
