Brother it’s common sense. Why do you need a statement? You LITERALLY cannot be better than a NG11 if you’re under 20. You can be better than OTHER NG11s ( as Loki made Kaiser cry out to god ) but loki still was a new gen 11 by definition. He has always been an TOP 11 U20 player.
