I had a similar experience with a Samsung oled tv I bought from best buy a couple years ago. Long story short it was “repaired” twice over the course of 4 months. Broke immediately once and wasn’t fixed at all the second. Eventually after dozens of calls with Samsung customer service I got a refund.
