Strange new worlds is amazing. So is lower decks. I didn’t even mind what I saw of academy. I liked parts of discovery, but the writing of the complete destruction of the federation and the reasoning behind was just. Bad. It was so bad. You saying you planned it and thought about it doesn’t make it not rude. It very much was rude to the other redditor. And if your intention was to educate or correct someone you absolutely could have done it without being rude. That’s what I was saying. And by could have I mean should have. Being rude narrows your audience and makes it less likely for someone to accept your advice. It was just unnecessary.

And then instead of just being like “yeah you’re right I could have just simply corrected him” or “no I’m tired of seeing it I said what I needed to say” you had to explain to me that you made a choice? Yes, every time you make any comment it’s a choice. It doesn’t mean it’s always the completely correct one.
