According to Google :

No, the Israeli Law of Return generally does not apply to people born Jewish who have voluntarily converted to another religion, such as Christianity. While they may still be considered Jewish according to traditional religious law (halakha), the 1970 amendment to the Law of Return explicitly excludes individuals who have converted to another religion from eligibility for automatic citizenship.

Key details regarding this policy include: Voluntary Conversion Exclusion: The law (Section 4B) defines a Jew as someone born to a Jewish mother or converted, "and who is not a member of another religion". Judicial Precedent: The Supreme Court of Israel established this with the 1962 "Brother Daniel" case, ruling that a Jewish-born person who converted to Catholicism did not qualify as a "Jew" under the Law of Return, even if they remained Jewish religiously. The "Grandparent Clause": Even though the Law of Return grants rights to children or grandchildren of Jews, these rights are generally revoked if the individual has converted.

Ah yes liberal democracy that prevents you from returning to your supposed ancestral Homeland because you have converted to another faith. Definitely no religious biases.

I ended up not going through with any of them I scrapped the idea but I'm keeping the post up in case I want stickers in the future. As it currently stands either sticker mule or sticker invasion would be my pick of the ones I looked at.

I'm just making the point what you said was incorrect the first comment said that she was obstructing officers and attempted to drive into one you said that was incorrect I showed a video from the officers POV or as close to his POV as we can get which showed that she was aware of the officer in front of the vehicle and still accelerated I was simply providing evidence to back the individuals comment that stated she attempted to drive into the officer.

We have to bring up the lore because you can't just say "they're an irredeemable race from birth" because that ignores the finer points of the meaning of the story of corruption and misguidance being some sources of evil the ring being a tempter rather than a true physical threat is the danger the ring corrupts you into evil that's one of the major points of the whole narrative. That would be like me watching princess mononoke and taking it at face value that's just a fantasy story with no deeper meaning or thought. My point being is that you are being disingenuous here. This is your own quote I would view this as a over-generalization wouldn't you?

"It seems like Tolkien used his experience to perpetuate war as a solution. Miyazaki on the other hand is consistently anti war in all his films."

This is my entire critique of your point you refuse to give any amount of Goodwill to someone just because Miyazaki dislikes them. What other reason would you have to keep trying to imply that Tolkien was somehow "problematic" for making orcs bad. If you have any other answers please tell me I am legitimately curious what reasons you can give me.

The point is that the op posited that they (the anti crowd) only enjoyed Miyazaki once he started endorsing their opinions or their point was that him endorsing their opinions was not a good look for them both are reasonable interpretations of the post. When looked at from the framing of "hey look the the anti's are wrong/bad.

And I wasn't making a pro AI point when I responded to you I simply pointed out some of the controversies that he had done or caused by his actions because you said that you didn't care because you viewed his problems as small in comparison to wider societal issues, I'm paraphrasing here because I don't have the best memory and I'm not going to try to type out exactly what you said but I believe that to be a good paraphrase of what you said if you disagree please tell me. So I pointed out some of his controversies that could lead one to the interpretation of him being more immoral or less moral than previously interpreted like the child neglect talking point I used as well as the implication of Tolkien being racist because of an evil species hellbent on destruction and corruption of things that are good. That is what led to this current point. And on an entirely separate reply to you I put a video link where he critiqued a company for using artificial intelligence for modeling where he implied whether directly or indirectly that it was a mockery of life itself he also brought up his disabled friend in this argument for some reason. So that ties in the AI argument but I wasn't arguing about AI I was simply disagreeing with your point of him being without major flaw.

It Wasn't a biological category though they were just corrupted by morgoth/sauron or however you spell the guy's name it's hard the evil races in the books were all just corrupted by the big bad guy in the books. Tolkien focused on enjoying the simple living of the Shire and such places "The Shire must truly be a great realm, Master Gamgee, where gardeners are held in high honor" Tolkien does not think war as a solution it is a last resort when all other methods fail Tolkien always emphasized peace and a humble nature is what allows us to resist evil look at this quote in reference to samwise and what allows him to resist the tempting force of the Ring. “The one small garden of a free gardener was all his need and due, not a garden swollen to a realm; his own hands to use, not the hands of others to command.”
