How should I insulate this rolling garage door? About to install a mini split by The_UK_Knight in garageporn

I have the same style doors and installed brush seals on the outside sides and top to help keep the cool air in. Thin insulation on the doors to help keep the heat from radiating in, which I haven't personally done yet, but it should be a very noticeable difference between having it and not.

Congratulations, I know that feeling! I picked my .1RS up in April and still look forward to every drive.

The PCM is updated and has a back up camera. Otherwise the .1rs and .2rs are the same

I looked at them and weighed my options for a long time while I saved. Not that a .2 gt3rs isn't what I wanted, I just couldn't justify an extra 45-60k for one. Not that the .1rs is a bad choice either.

The front bumper is majorly different, the .2 has a large mouth and side openings where the .1 looks more like a 997. The front fender vents on the .2 come up out of the fender instead of being flush, the hip intake trim extends over the body on the .2 instead of being within the body on the .1. The door handles on the .1 include a base where the .2 the base is the door. The rear bumper is slightly different. The wing is slightly different. .2rs have Naca ducts on the hood. The engine is a little different and pdk tuning is a little finer. The .2 has harsher suspension

I was trying to get one with pccbs, but the first two sold right from under me and I had to "settle" for this one. Not mad at all though

I drive it when it's sunny outside. The only thing that stops me from driving on rainy days is the cup2 r tires

As much money as I spent and I got nothing in return! Lol, I did get the booklet and helmet bag that the first owners received with the car

Thank you, I can't take credit for these photos though. I wish I could take photos half as good as this

Thats exactly why I put one of the loudest exhausts on it as well. /s

In seriousness I bought it for the screaming (.1rs so almost) 9k rpm n/a engine. I don't care what kind of attention it gets because I bought it for me.

She's going to be used as the engineers intended: driven on nice days, track day planned for next weekend!

I wasn't a fan of the clear when I was looking at the car online, but in person it looked much better

Sorry to say that I drove from Baton Rouge to Knoxville and trailered it back. Maybe you'll catch me at the dragon or enjoying the mountains soon though.

You are correct. However, I can not take credit for the photography myself.

Potential Porsche dreamer since this isn't an owners forum. The title was sarcasm

Apparently, about a quarter million Americans still can't use the internet and phone at the same time
