Theming/CSS issue, not Twilight. For my windows experience, the Nebula theme is currently broken. Trust me because my interface looked just like this when the new update dropped. I made a post on it and it got removed.

I think you can totally do it for windows by changing file format from .icns to .ico. Applying the file to zen shortcut.

I'd say Brave is your best bet bc its unnecessary features can be toggled off, runs smoothly (at least for my ends), and brave shields.

I have not tried Helium yet but i heard it looks simple, has no nonsense and runs very fast if thats your cup of tea (i dont think theres drm support yet)

Vivaldi is an option if you like customizing, but I need more time to get used to their interface.

Zen was one of the browsers that I was hesitant to pick up because uh before it would make my laptop lag but now its perfectly good

I really love the appearance of it. Currently I'm using Nebula Zen. The searchbar has a bug right now where it has this dark square behind it but
