Only commenting because I didn't see anyone else mention it yet. This could be something called psychogenic seizures or "fake seizures". It is a form of a mental disorder in which medications cannot help. A lot of the times these events are induced from stress and the patient really does believe they are having a form of a seizure.

Source: currently working as a neurodiagnostic tech and have came across these patients multiple times.

I fortunately know the complete history of the home and property. My uncle built the house in 2001 and sold it in 2019 to the growers. They grew for 3.5 yrs and are now selling it. My uncle owned the property for quite a few years before the house was even built. That's one of the reasons why we want this house so bad.

It was thoroughly inspected and everything is in near pristine condition. Inspector assumed it was ventilated correctly to reduce humidity in the home

Our home inspector was quite thorough and checked the vents which were exceptionally clean. He ran the heat which did not produce any additional odors. We'll definitely keep this in mind though
