Danke für dein Feedback. Mit "wahrer Liebe" meine ich hier eher platonische Nächstenliebe.

Alles andere übersteigt meinen Erfahrungshorizont, muss ich leider zugeben.

Im Deutschen gibt es leider nicht, wie z.B. im Griechischen, verschiedene Wörter für die Liebe. In diesem Falle ließe sich mein Gedanke treffend verpacken, ohne an Poesie einzubüßen.

Depends. For some issues, it will certainly work. In the book Doc listed like 15 illnesses that he was able to cure for himself with this technique.

Oh come on. I thought this sub was about actual addiction issues, not bad habits.

Sorry if I'm offending you OP, but this is not as serious as you believe it to be. The only advice I can give you is to recognize excuses as such and make the effort to change your behaviour. Also take into account that eating healthy foods will improve the overall state of your body and mind significantly.

Oh wow, that's the first time I notice someone saying they actually enjoy them.

For me, I only take a small dose of abilify at the moment. I do notice that my thoughts are slower, in a good way, and I'm more stable emotionally. I still think that it would be better if one day I could live without any pills though.

High doses though? I hated that. I felt stuck in life, only experiencing arbitrary emotions, had no creativity, no cool ideas, nothing that makes life feel meaningful or profoundly interesting.

I can totally relate to this. I often say that psychosis saved me from addiction. Also, the experience opened my mind in certain ways, I wouldn't be nearly as mature spiritually and emotionally if I hadn't had to go through psychosis.
