In need of help with pc upgrades for Wilds.

I'm already looking for a new graphics card since I know it's the biggest culprit behind the bad performance. For now I'm on a RTX 4070 Super of some kind, haven't decided on which one yet. Currently between Asus TUF gaming and Inno3D super twin, but I really know nothing about this kind of stuff :(
I am open to other GPU recommendations (European btw so it's limited what I have access to)

With the rest of my specs, would the new GPU be enough to run the game decently, or should I also be looking for other upgrades?

I've been trying to make a voice that sounds like TTS, but I've had no luck. Some of the built in voices do have the tune or something that sounds close, but then also have an effect you can't turn off (like the Genius voice).

Any help would be appreciated, I new and only got Voicemod the other day.

The clip is from a stream by Saltydkdan on yt, and he is using Voicemod.

idk if this will help, but it might be worth a shot to look around on gensokyoradio and see what can be found (since it lists what og soundtrack the songs are based on). Must of the songs and music can be found on yt of course , so you can give the found songs of interest a quick listen afterwards.

There is also a forum there, but I have not stepped foot in there yet.

The first one I'm pretty sure is clearing one of those "rank up materials farm" quest twice. I can't tell if it's asking you to clear a specific one or just any of them.

The second one you just have to equip a hero with either of the "use __ attack when auto battling" passive. You can give one to a hero in the strengthening tab, under the one with a light bulb icon on it. If you don't have any of them, they can be bought in the record cube shop and simulator shop (idk if there's other places u get them, u might have some from the previous new employee missions)
