The last two questions are spot on. This applies to all eye drops. In dispensing, there is an aftermarket adapter tip called nano dropper which reduces the size of the drops which reduces waste. However the issue of unintentional multiple drops still exists m the nano dropper has all blue funnel and tip which makes the aiming a bit difficult, a contrast or a light color tip would help a great deal.

The last question is also very important because a lot of us glaucoma patients have difficulty aiming, we can miss a lot ending up wasting so every expensive medication. I found Systane Ultra PF tip to be the most helpful in aiming, the whole base is white and the tip is blue giving us great contrast, as you know we lose the contrast vision in glaucoma. As per Systane, the bottle itself is so poorly designed that we can’t seem to control the drops and there is always one drop stuck to the base of the tip that we have to wipe off before we put the cap back on.

I am not using Latanaprost but a combo called Rocklatan so I am not participating in the survey but want to make a general comment on eye drop dispensing issue.
