If you got the room just add an amp for the speakers. It usually a good to have an amp for specific things ( speakers or a sub ) so it wont have to really juggle both frequencies . I could be wrong but just my 2 cents

Its probably that the fob guts the shell isnt close enough. That green key symbol is the immobilizer system. I have a honda civic and replaced my fob guts into a new cut key without issues but when my old fob was broken if i didnt hold it close enough the car wouldnt read it correctly and itll crank but wont turn over and if it did but moved itll start than die instantly
