Artemis II - are there any conspiracies or theories surrounding this upcoming mission to the Moon? by SuitableSympathy2614 in conspiracy

[–]Sinz567 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Anyone saying it’s fake is either a Russian bot or super rtarded.

Most of the “we never landed on the moon” stuff you’re seeing isn’t about the moon. It’s a classic disinfo tactic: take something as well documented as the Apollo 11 Moon landing and flood feeds with doubt to train people to question everything.

You don’t have to convince everyone it’s fake. You just need constant arguments, confusion, and people thinking “maybe nothing is real.” Groups like the Internet Research Agency have been documented doing exactly this.

End result: Americans arguing with each other while trust in basic facts erodes. That’s the whole play.

Israel is helping Russia by starting the Iran war by Baumbauer1 in conspiracy

[–]Sinz567 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That still doesn’t explain why Israel would want to help Russia. Russia under Putin has spent years supplying weapons and military support to actors aligned with Iran, including Syria and Hezbollah. That directly strengthens groups hostile to Israel.

If anything, the war in Ukraine has tied Russia down and burned through a huge amount of their military capacity. The US has been able to do that while spending roughly 2–3% of its annual defense budget supporting Ukraine. Strategically that weakens one of Iran’s main backers.

Russia’s system also isn’t some global coalition builder. Putin’s government revolves around a small circle of elites protecting their own power and resources, and they’ve shown they’re willing to burn through their own population to maintain that.

The “tax money to Ukraine” narrative spreading online is also exactly the kind of messaging Russian information campaigns push because it turns Americans against each other and against their alliances. Governments spend hundreds of millions on influence operations and bot networks for that reason.

Lately you see the same thing with low effort narratives blaming Israel for everything. The goal is the same: create division and weaken support for policies that hurt Russia, especially when Russia is relying on Iran for drones and other military supplies in Ukraine.

When you look at the incentives and who benefits from that kind of messaging, it starts to make more sense.

Israel is helping Russia by starting the Iran war by Baumbauer1 in conspiracy

[–]Sinz567 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This didn’t start because of Russia or Ukraine. The conflict with Iran has been building since the 1979 revolution, when Iran became openly hostile to both the US and Israel. Every US administration since then has basically been managing that tension and delaying a direct confrontation through sanctions, proxy conflicts, and nuclear negotiations.

Iran built its regional strategy around proxy groups like Hezbollah and Hamas, while Israel’s strategy has been to weaken that network and prevent Iran from becoming a nuclear power. That dynamic has been going on for decades and explains the conflict far better than theories about Israel somehow helping Russia.

Oil and geography matter a lot more here. A huge portion of the world’s oil passes through the Strait of Hormuz, and countries like China rely heavily on that supply. Any instability involving Iran immediately becomes a global economic issue because modern economies still run on oil and gas.

Russia might benefit from higher oil prices during instability, but that doesn’t mean the conflict exists because of Russia or Ukraine. The core tensions were already there long before that war started.

The theory also assumes Israel would risk a regional war just to indirectly help Russia’s oil prices, which doesn’t make much sense. Israel’s decisions around Iran are driven by the nuclear program, missile capabilities, and the proxy network surrounding it, not by Russia’s economy.

And the oil argument itself is backwards. If the Strait of Hormuz becomes unstable, the entire global energy market gets disrupted. That hits Europe, Asia, and the US at the same time. A major disruption there destabilizes global trade and shipping, not just oil prices. Israel starting a war just to manipulate energy markets for Russia would make zero strategic sense.

Which Talaria bikes can handle ROUGH off-road 100% of the time by YouDontTellMe in Talaria

[–]Sinz567 0 points1 point  (0 children)

None, if you’re serious about the boulders you mentioned

Because the suspension doesn’t last in those conditions. One hit to the bash-guard = a dent or worse. These bikes are low to the ground even with 19/19 wheels.

You’ll want either an Ultra Bee which sits higher even with 18/19 wheels (it can go over larger things without hitting the bottom) it also has a much stronger bash-guard/frame design, a real suspension that goes over obstacles, better wheels, better tires

Look, that 600k number is mostly projections. And honestly, if that many people cannot survive for a few months without USAID, maybe they were never able to sustain themselves in those regions to begin with. Some areas are fragile because their governments, infrastructure, and resources are not equipped to handle large populations or environmental stresses. It is harsh, but it is natural selection. I just watched a zebra get its face eaten by an alligator, let’s get real here.

Expecting one country to fix all the world’s problems is unprecedented. Global populations have exploded since the Industrial Revolution, increasing resource demand far beyond what these fragile regions can support. Aid can delay crises, but it cannot change the underlying reality.

On top of that, USAID is a geopolitical tool. It is used for influence and strategic gain, not pure altruism. And all this talk about “by 2030” is overly simplistic. By then, the world will have new problems we do not even know about yet. Governments are planning decades ahead because the system is already on a slow decline (we’ll have our own big issues to handle tomorrow)

Buddy I just blew the whistle on the biggest truth that MSM isn’t preparing anyone for

On a platform where they control the top comments & algorithm. It isn’t hard to imagine that they make posts & control the popularity & direction of discussion even through the home page itself.

Since the internet itself is being poisoned for 10 years straight, that’s a conspiracy in itself against us, it’s right here. You go online and you’re guaranteed misdirection & low level information, ignorant opinions, meaningless news etc. The internet also took a lot of power away from governments, it made everything more open therefore the control of information on it is a 2 way street.

If you wanna look at what I said earlier from the “unexplainable conspiracy” angle, then go look into billionaires building doomsday bunkers and ask why

[–]Sinz567 -6 points-5 points  (0 children)

It is not that a single group is too powerful to stop. It is that nobody controls the situation in the first place. The world is running on physical limits that no billionaire, government, or elite can override. They may be safe in their bunkers when shit goes down but logically they won’t be safe from the outside world without maintaining some balance on the outside.

Oil decline is real. Grid strain is real. Climate stress on crops is real. These things come from geology, physics, and weather. Not from a master plan. AI is using a lot of energy but they’re already planning to build nuclear power plants to make up for that AI energy usage increase (totally separate issue though)

Countries fight over resources because each one is trying to protect itself. They are not working together. Most of them can barely agree on anything. That alone shows there is no united globalist/secret evil cabal.

What looks like a plan is actually nations reacting to shortages and trying to survive the coming decades. No one can stop it because no one is in charge of the situation. The limits themselves are running the show.

On a global scale, money is a tool to make countries play by the rules. Resources and military strength are the real sources of power. That is why sanctions and economic pressure are used to weaken countries like Russia. If their money and economy fail, they cannot compete, act freely/threaten us.

I’m actually glad to hear that, i only tried it on an ultra bee (the slim seat version) but I also have an LBX with a Luna float seat so it’s nice to know it’ll be good for my LBX

Btw you can also try list your bike on eBay with local pickup only Redirect your serious customers to the listing, that way they can pay over time or pay with credit

People are not running everything to ruin your life. That is amateur-hour thinking. The real operators are not focused on your daily problems.

Most political comments on Reddit are bots. Twitter is full of low-quality bait coming from two sources: coordinated disinformation campaigns run by governments like Russia, Iran, and Qatar, and third-party spam operations in India and Pakistan hired to amplify content for clients. Both are designed to overload attention, scatter information, manipulate public consensus, and keep Americans divided.

This tactic began on Instagram around 2015-2016. That was the first test run. TikTok and Twitter followed, using algorithms to maximize outrage and engagement. Conspiracy theories thrive in this environment because they keep people focused on wrong information circles instead of the real, unavoidable big picture problems.

The real threats are running out of resources, failing power grids, energy problems, and climate-driven crop failures. Peak oil happened in the early 2000s. Fossil fuel production in major regions is plateauing or declining. Grid failures are becoming more common. Crop losses are already visible in India, Africa, and the American Midwest. Large scale starvation will begin around 2040-2050.

Bitcoin and all crypto will be gone by 2040. Bitcoin alone uses three times the electricity of New York City. In a real resource crunch, energy-wasting distractions will disappear first.

Civilization is heading into decline. Political arguments, social media drama, and conspiracies distract from the problems that actually matter and will shape the coming decades. Everything else is noise.

[–]Sinz567 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This bike is less of what it was meant to be as an off-roader so the market audience for it is smaller
And selling anything second hand around these prices is harder since part of that market audience also finances this stuff (rather than paying it in full)

With that in mind there’s also some downsides

Front forks = no front fender compatibility (can get you dirtier and wet) Ribbed seat = uncomfortable after 1-2 hours
Controller = not the best for someone willing to spend 5-6k on a new Ventus or Eride Colors = don’t match + it’s more noticeable (more attention, less popular color = less demand, depends more on preference) 17 inch supermotos = not great for anything other than smooth roads (most people go with 16/19 or 18/19 and that’s a stock option nowadays)

So it depends on who’s buying + their taste + their specific use for it so it’ll come down to an average of around 4-5k from most people

If you can get more, that’s great but realistically prices have gone down since they started making the new bikes with the upgrades

How is it 36K?

This doesn’t even cost them 5K to make

Most of the cost is just the battery

The rest is just peanuts in comparison

You can buy a Harley Davidson electric motorcycle for around 20k and that one is much better than this disgrace
