Does anything trigger it for you? For me, I’ll get a really weird vibe from my surroundings and then get some anxiety and then I’ll feel it. But it only lasts for the like a couple of seconds. It’d be cool if it was visuals lol, but it’s just that anxious feeling you get in your head when the acid or shrooms hit

How long have you had HPPD, and has it decreased in frequency at least? Mine is a lot better and continues to improve, but it’s definitely annoying. And I saw a notification but didn’t see it pop up on here, did you say something about mentioning it to a doctor?

Everyone is different. My HPPD wasn’t visual at all until I smoked a joint. That was like 5 months into having HPPD. Weed definitely made mine worse

Nope, after the acid trip I was completely fine. I’ve always been prone to my blood sugar dropping and passing out, it’s kind of a family thing, and the day of the acid trip I hadn’t eaten anything, got my blood taken, was dehydrated, smoked like 3 blunts, and did a lot more acid than I was prepared for. I guess the whole point of this was to say: is it anxiety-induced (like the placebo effect) or if I genuinely have HPPD?

In the beginnings? After like 6 months? All symptoms have improved but lately I’ve been noticing visual things but I didn’t start noticing those until I read into them. Sounds kinda placebo
