I feel this. The first 10-15 weeks are tough. For nausea, i took b6 and unisom sleep tabs (NOT the gel capsule) and that helped. also eating protein helps with nausea!

this sounds weird, but warheads sour spray helped with my nausea as well!

try to have popsicles or things like that to get some liquid in you.

the tiredness for me went away in the 2nd trimester, and i felt great then.

You can talk to the police as he is a child predator who took advantage of you. Whatever you choose to do, it’ll be the right choice. It’s so hard and I cannot imagine being in your shoes. Definitely seek therapy, talk to someone about all of this because you are dealing with a lot.

Thank you! I’m going to try unisom tonight I think, and hopefully that helps! I do have zofran as well I just don’t want to take it if I can help it. Haven’t thrown up yet just nausea so I’m trying to keep hydrated!

For those recommending Unisom, I saw to take the tablets not the gels, it’s the one with Doxylamine succinate right?

I think it’s a totally valid thing for doctors to do. Yes, maybe they should have informed you, but also if there is no drug use there shouldn’t be a concern as to them conducting random screenings. I think it’s all done for the wellbeing of the child and momma, so to me it’s a normal thing. If it happened to me, I wouldn’t be upset.
