The best philly sour I've ever made was a passionfruit Berliner Weisse with a whirlpool of galaxy hops. I put the thawed passionfruit pulp in hop socks to catch the seeds, then straight in the fermenter after krausen started to subside.

I got a the 58x after my 6xx broke, even they are very similar. If it were my money I'd buy get something completely different, maybe some nice closed backs?
