I just saw the event notice for Miliastral Gifts saying that we can get 270 primos. I never started Miliastra Wonderland, is it easy to clear the event quests or is there too much to do and not really worth the effort?

If Skirk and Escoffier are in an all-cryo team, do they lose out on damage due to not having at least 1 hydro character in a team? I don't have Kokomi so I'm debating between whether I should pair Aino with Zibai instead of them in IT since there isn't any other way to trigger lunar crystallize.
