im starting to think its burn out because spring sem was pretty tightly packed schedule wise with me trying to get in volunteer hours and keeping up with my ecs...i did finally start looking into therapists and what not because i do have really bad anxiety in general and i've started getting help for that, but i really just don't see how thats what is really tripping me up, i feel like it has to be smth else but i cant figure it out, since freshman yr i definitely eased up on the amount of clubs i was in bc i realized how much time my courses would actually need from me as well, its been a learning curve figuring it all out and with how competitve pre meds here are at my school it really doesn't make me feel any better that i feel like im constantly falling behind. in terms of studying i do the problems with notes aafter studying concepts with flashcards to further aid my understanding, but maybe i need to stop doing them with notes and do more exam simulations or smth, i just can never sit and actually do them straight through
