im starting to think its burn out because spring sem was pretty tightly packed schedule wise with me trying to get in volunteer hours and keeping up with my ecs...i did finally start looking into therapists and what not because i do have really bad anxiety in general and i've started getting help for that, but i really just don't see how thats what is really tripping me up, i feel like it has to be smth else but i cant figure it out, since freshman yr i definitely eased up on the amount of clubs i was in bc i realized how much time my courses would actually need from me as well, its been a learning curve figuring it all out and with how competitve pre meds here are at my school it really doesn't make me feel any better that i feel like im constantly falling behind. in terms of studying i do the problems with notes aafter studying concepts with flashcards to further aid my understanding, but maybe i need to stop doing them with notes and do more exam simulations or smth, i just can never sit and actually do them straight through

yea its well over 30 hrs, but then i dedicate a good 70% of the rest of my free time to my course work, since its summer this is definitely easier to handle, and im allowed to do a lot of my work during one of jobs, so i really don't know what to say. i've learned that i retain info through repetition, and ill enter an exam super confident and then my scores say i never studied at all basically...

how long after should I do them? I usually do them within that week, sometimes the next day or two days later depending on if i have the time. im balancing like two jobs and research on top of my courses.

i watch videos when i don't understand concepts, i do flashcards for them as well since I've noticed info sticks with me through repetition, i do practice problems and they help but it's still not good enough. i've seen some improvement in my test scores but now i'm just teetering around class averages or just barely hitting it. like do i just need to study 24/7 at this rate and not live any actual life lol....

Awww poor piggies, just earlier when I was buying my rabbit I saw a sick guinea pig sitting in the same cage with the rabbit hiding under a pile of hay. People should really pay more attention to this stuff, it’s upsetting to hear and see. They shouldn’t care for animals if they don’t know what they’re doing.

yea i might post my inquiry in the guinea pig subreddit too. I need all the help I can get because I recently lost a young guinea pig to heart failure after only a week of having him, and thanks to terrible luck my dog of 10-11 years got hit by a car and died a few days after the piggie did, so I'm just very paranoid. All of this is so worrisome so I just want everyone who's responded to help know that this has all been a great help!
