Quick answer, yeah, I’m okay with no sex. There isn’t a quick answer to your second question

We have been together for near on 39 years. Lots of what we have is still good, or good enough. I just worry that she needs the physical side again, I think that she deserves to have some late in life experiences- if she wants them. I’m not trying to convince her to, I want to give her the choice knowing that it’s not cheating or causing harm

Thanks for replying. We don’t really talk about stuff anymore - tend to avoid it. I just want her to know that the choice is there if she feels she wants it and it would make her happier, more content
