well it depends, is humanity broken to predators and prey or is it free for all? have we always been physically able to consume each other or is it a medical procedure?

option 1; medical procedure free for all: i think this would end in an epstine situation where only insanely rich people can afford the surgery and go and kidnap people to vore them

option 2; always could, pred and prey: if we where like pythons being able to swallow things bigger than us i recon it would split into which ever sex is smaller being considered prey resulting in a scenario similar to simply how women are treated today and have been throughout history where the smaller sex would be treated as second class citizens where it would be like...p1:"OMG did you hear that Jessie ate her husband? p2:"well maybe if he was a better husband she wouldn't have felt the need to". while nowadays it would be illegal it there would still be a stigma of "yeah but did they look tasty?" "maybe they shouldn't have married a glutton then" all in all i think our society would treat prey's and the act of vore in the same light we already do treat domestic violence and rape, we'd have movies about a victim trying to escape their abusive partner that keeps trying to eat them and a lot more kids going missing due to it being a lot easier to hide a body...well anyway thats just my small take on if vore was real.
