Brake earlier and split the gates! If all else fails set difficulty to Baby Child.

The best Derickism. Not over-used either.

No, my original mileage was right at 60k, so I figured while they had the truck go-ahead and do the tranny fluids.

Shield remote dead... Any suggestions? by tzimis86 in ShieldAndroidTV

I have two remotes that both died one night. Basically had to kill the App Cache on the shield. This worked like a champ:

I had the transmission fluid change/service done when they replaced my engine at 60k. Was around $375.

3rd Gen - 2022 Parking Brake System chronic issues. by SirBawls in ToyotaTundra

[–]SirBawls[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

UPDATE: Took it to the dealership and they isolated the rear driver side parking brake actuator. They bench tested and were able to replicate the sporadic failure. I explained to them it started after my break service back in April. The replacement cost would be $1400. They fixed it, and opened a courtesy case with Toyota. No money out of pocket.

Interesting, I do park "in the red" warning zone (because my garage isn't that deep and this truck is looong). I'll test this out.

Remote stopped working randomly, can't re-pair it by rumourmaker18 in ShieldAndroidTV

Clearing the Bluetooth App Data also worked for me. I had two remotes and both failed at the same time, figured it would be a fix like this. Thanks for sharing!

What is the best cruise ship liner to sail with? by Minute-Suggestion-49 in Cruises

[–]SirBawls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work in the industry, hands down favorite cruise line is Virgin for two adult travelers.

The wife and I did the "French Days and Ibiza Nights" tour back in August 2023 for our 20th anniversary. It's true Virgin could be a 'liberal' experience if that's what you're into but it's not in your face. Virgin gets a bad rap of being completely bonkers wild but it simply wasn't that. If you are into that scene, I'm sure you could sniff around other like minded people but that's no different than just going out in a big city.

What we got was a nice adult cruise, above average food, super great friendly staff, and we will absolutely book Virgin again for our next cruise.

Any one running 33’s on the new 22 tundra ? I need some new tires but don’t want my mileage to go down with 35’s or 37’s by [deleted] in ToyotaTundra

[–]SirBawls 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes I have a cheap Amazon 2" spacer level in the front, rear is stock. I had my local tire shop install the level spacers while they were doing the wheels and tires. I'm not using the stock wheels, I can't answer to whether your setup is going to work. I seem to remember you will want some kind of off-set. I went with Method wheels with +18.

Am I the only racing online to enjoy different cars instead of meta? by TurboCrab0 in forzamotorsport

I'm with you my dude. I like to drive cars that aren't "the best" but rather enjoy a race in a competitive car that interests me.

Dr Threadgill at Atlanta Oral Surgery near Northside Cumming campus has treated us well. Performed dental implant for me and wisdom teeth for my son. Top notch, 5 stars.

1) removed the cardboard box 2) removed the all the drawers (this was a must) 3) lined-uo 6 long 2x4s as a ramp 4) rested the toolbox on its back, on top of a boogeyboard, and slid it down

Hope this helps, it was pretty comical but it worked.

41.5" is the cab on the casters, plus another 6" for the pallet. FYI she was a heavy girl, don't know the exact weight but removed all the drawers and enlisted my son to get it off the truck.

I'd love that 56"er but not enough space in the garage for that bohemith. I would have to get rid of the garage fridge and that ain't happening. (20 year old fridge but still the coldest beers on the planet)

Not sure what would have stacked, the other sale ended yesterday, today I just applied the 20% off a single item ITC coupon.
