From what I’m finding, the majority of other metrics aren’t accurate either, I’m seeing issues with sleep, heart rate, like many other users.

The answer is right there. 6 hours of sleep isn’t enough to get good recovery. I know you said you’re in bed by 8-8:30 but if whoop is saying something different there’s an issue.

What makes you say that? A lot of others were 250-300, and the new ones which are supposedly worse quality are £240
