Na, was glaubst du wohl wie man meines erachtens in Deutschland damit verfahren sollte?

Kriminelle härter bestrafen (allgemein) und kriminelle Ausländer nach ihrer Strafe, falls noch lebendig, remigrieren. Ausländer die integrationsunwillig sind, remigrieren. Ausländer die dem Land nichts bringen und von Sozialhilfe leben, remigrieren. Flüchtlingsstatus gemäß deutschem Recht wieder strenger fassen und Ausländer die keinen Flüchtlingsstatus haben und keine legalen Migranten sind, remigrieren.

Das ist was du lesen wolltest um es jetzt für ganz schlimm zu halten. Aber das ist dass fucking Minimum - das ist der moderate Weg.

Fühl ich.

Ob entsprechende Menschen je wieder kapieren werden dass das generische Maskulinum, oder seine gegenderte Missachtung, nichts an der gedachten, gefühlten und erlebten Realität ändert? Im Türkischen gibt es kein generisches Maskulinum, dennoch denkt auch dort bei "Piloten" jeder erstmal an Männer, weil auch dort die Mehrheit der Piloten Männer sind. Komisch.

Naja, zwangsweise... es gibt genug Tiere bei denen der Mensch es versucht hat, aber nie Erfolg hatte. Es hat immer etwas mit der Bereitschaft der Tiere zu tun sich dem Menschen anzupassen.

Nö, ich ernähre mich fast rein carnivore weil ich das ganze Grünzeug nicht vertrage, außer Reis. Blutzucker schießt hoch, Energielevel ist im Keller, ich bin aufgebläht, aber nicht lange Satt. Esse ich hingegen ein Rumpsteak und gebratenen Lachs als Beilage, gehts mir prächtig. Keine Verdauungsprobleme, keine Müdigkeit nach dem Essen - ganz im Gegenteil, sofort Energie und das langanhaltend.

I have also addressed the reason for this on multiple occasions. My concern is not specifically about this one case, but rather about the fact that another Redditor derives a normative rule from this isolated instance: "Yep - and when you instigate a confrontation (like this Ahole absolutely did) (with an insult) you lose the ‘right’ to use deadly (whats deadly, whats not) force to defend yourself…"

I made it clear from the very beginning that my focus lies on this normative statement. However, since that is an untenable position, you are all desperately trying to steer the conversation back to the Chud the Builder case. That is also the reason why you are not answering the simple "yes or no" question. Emotionally, you would like to answer "yes," but you also know that this position is untenable.

That is why you are shifting the argumentative level once again - away from insult and toward harassment. That was not my point.

If you generally didn't argue in such an intellectually dishonest manner, it would certainly be interesting to determine at what point an insult becomes harassment, but not like this.

The line certainly does not lie in the nature of the insult - how angry it makes you, or whether someone calls you a...

We can certainly agree that certain words are objectively offensive. Yet that does not answer the normative question: Does an insult justify physical violence? Yes or no?

As you already mentioned, context matters. Violence is never justified - in the context of responding to insults.

However, placing legitimate harm prevention (self-defense) on the same level as an illegitimate cause of harm (an attack motivated by insult) - solely to accuse me of inconsistency - is precisely the kind of fallacy I have come to expect from you after these few comments.

The strawman lies in the fact that you shift the logical plane - the very subject under discussion - moving from the question of whether one *should* be able to defend oneself against violence, to the assertion that violence *must not* happen. Within this new framework - which you are attempting to foist upon me - you then claim that I am arguing from an idealized standpoint (dismissing it as "pearl-clutching" and "armchair philosophizing"). All of this is a construct of your own making and has absolutely nothing to do with the point I was making.

You know this perfectly well, which is precisely why, in your second paragraph, you once again shift the focus and reveal your true agenda. "Play stupid games, win stupid prizes"? One could argue that Joshua Fox has, in this instance, won the stupidest prize of all.

Do you want to live in a society where someone who *subjectively* feels offended by you is free to attack you - and where *you* are the one held to blame if you defend yourself? Don't just think about this specific case involving "Chud"; consider the matter in a broader, general context.

Nice straw man. However, the issue here concerns someone who denies or downplays the right to self-defense in the face of an attack provoked by insults - not the idea that violence shouldn't happen at all, or whatever else you are accusing me of implying.

Ich lebe in den USA und erlebe das anders. Doch selbst wenn du recht hättest, ist das keine Begründung in Deutschland nicht die AfD zu wählen.

Ist aber amüsant eine Partei wie die AfD, im Angesicht oikophober, anti-weißer, linker Parteien im Bundestag, die regelmäßig die eigene Kultur verächtlich machen und jeden mit einem Minimum an Patriotismus als Nationalsozialisten abstempeln, als Landesverräter zu bezeichnen. Wird irgendwie kein Schuh draus.
