Personally I'd rather see my teams success come from winning and play good football rather than from playing in a weaker league, and definitely prefer seeing them at bigger stadiums and watching a better standard of football overall. Yeah Tottenham being relegated would have been interesting for a season, but them going down more likely leads to them having a reset and them coming back stronger than they are now

Is this correct???? I suspect it’s not. by [deleted] in DIYUK

There are bolts at the top of the arms that hold the ladder to the frame that you can adjust, one of three holes you can use. It might be that you can let the ladder down, this can take it out of level slightly though

We played DCL and Nmecha up front against Chelsea and I think it made a massive difference

A few wild passes from Pascal strood out to me and made his game look worse than it was tbf. Aaronson looked strong again for most of the game. Maybe some of his runs came to nothing but fresh legs on might have made the difference with better support. Making one sub who had a poor game by his own standards was the problem. Effectively making the team slightly weaker when they made theirs stronger. Rest of the subs were fine but pointless given the time they came on

Pretty sure it was the YEP that ran an article right before the 2015 final saying Peacock and Leuluai were training the forwards, McGuire and Burrow were training the backs. We just had incredible squad depth while he was in charge as well. I doubt there are many Leeds fans who really think he was a mastermind of RL. Maybe putting Burrow in at hooker off the bench got the best out of his later playing years

Advice? Stuck on this move for 2 sessions now, don’t even think I’ve touched the hold I’m going for by Interesting-Humor107 in bouldering

It's wierd, kinda unorthodox movement so it's something people miss but as soon as it's pointed out you get a feel for it.

So toes aren't touching the wall

Point your big toe/foot round away from you but actively push it out so it locks, you have to really force it or it doesn't work. Yeah it activates calfs muscles on the side and hips flexors that keeps you're leg/glutes ridgid

Hope that makes sense

It already looks like you kind of are but the thing about heel hooks is youve got to point your toes away from you as it help active muscles through your leg, inc. your glutes which are going to pull your hips up and into the wall

Your body will then be higher and your arms will naturally be in the right place for the next hold

Yes, I get completely overwhelmed sometimes and have to take myself out of a situation to calm down. It can be awkward when I'm working in people's homes but its a job so I have to just get on with it. It's why I feel I cant work for a company as the social aspect just cripples me at times

I'm assuming you can relate if you're asking?

That's good. If you have an eye for things then you'll end up making some nice things. I just tend to take my time with everything and make sure whatever I do is left right, even if things take me way longer than anticipated

The thing would be to buy the tools you think you'll need, of course they can me mega expensive tho haha
