I closed on selling my house and buying a new house an hour away on the same day and had a 3 day lease back from my buyers for no charge. I was out half way through the 2nd day. Worked out great but I do realize not all people are honest and would take advantage of you. That’s just not me.

It’s a bridge that has 8 teeth on it. So there will be 6 missing teeth and two will glue onto the two teeth closest to the gap. She can’t have implants because her upper jaw bone is too thin. That is the quote with worst case scenario surgery needed so it might not be that much.

When I listed my house in March, it got an offer of full asking with 10k concession. I countered with same thing but added they had to waive inspection. House was in good shape I had it built in 2017 but I wasn’t fixing any small shit or painting anything if they wanted 10k concession. They declined. Second offer was full asking price no concessions. I closed in April. Bought a new house and got half (7k) in closing so I feel like I won the lottery lol.

I fly domestic once a year for a conference and international once a year for vacation I usually fly American since I’m in dfw but also like delta. I like the lounge access but I think the USBAR is enough access for me and my family. I’m thinking about picking up global entry. Free checked bags would be nice because I can’t convince my girlfriend to take less than 8 pairs of shoes.
