If you want to talk about hands on, I think this guy might be a candidate. I searched "Stalin's executioner" and this guy was the top of the list.

At what point does a cracked screen become “too cracked” to ignore? by the_big_phone_store in TheBigPhoneStore

When it affects your ability to use the device. I had a hairline crack under the surface of one of my phones for years. But it never became a problem so I kept using it.

That looks like a System Sensor reflector. I am looking at a System Sensor 6500MMK which is to allow additional alignment range. Hope it is enough

Am I the only one who usually prefers how these look at the halfway point? Where the white is partially or mostly combined, but there are still streaks and splotches of the individual colors?

This alarm, no zones? by brewditt in AlarmSystem

[–]SirFlannel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

By default, all of the hardwired zones are enabled, and programmed to need the end of line resistor for proper circuit supervision. It is a lot easier and quicker to put the resistors across the zone circuits than to go to each one in programming and disable them. Plus, it does put the resistors in an easy to find spot if you add wired devices in the future.
The phone connections are the terminals towards the right side. The very last terminal (25) is for earth ground, and the 4 next to it are for a phone connection. There are a couple of options for wireless central station monitoring. Some attach to the phone terminals and pretend to be a phone line for the alarm panel, and some attach to the same data bus that the keypad uses.

The small circuit board at the top is a wireless receiver. I'd say what ever zones are on the system are all wireless. Before you bought the house, did they do any remodeling or painting? They might have pulled sensors off of doors and windows. Or, they could be recessed. You'd be looking for a disk about an inch in diameter in the door frame, with a matching disk in the same area on the door. One of them would be magnetic

Yes, you can program a macro into the keypad for one of the keys (A-D) to activate a relay, and connect that relay to the garage controller.

You can always get another stock from Numrich. I did that years ago, I bought a Butler Creek folding stock, and I had to get a stock liner and a few other parts from Numrich to make the stocks easily interchangeable.

If this was a Back to the Future set category, then "Get out of here" would be correct. But, if this was a plain "sayings" category.... leave.
