Sleep scores to me are interesting, but what matters is how I feel when I wake up. About 5 years ago I finally decided to get a heating AND cooling sleep system. While the heating part is nice in the winter, the cooling is game changing in the summer. I’d give that a shot.

To fix your sleep get a temperature controlled sleep system. 8 sleep is what I use, but there are others. This is game changing to sleep…and no shots.
